Tips on Successful Real Estate Brokegage Practice

In this series of Articles, i will note the Factors why Real Estate Brokers / Agents don't achieve their goals.  As some may well know already, the Sales Process we All have to deal with are the following :

1) Preparing for the Sale

2) Greeting the Client

3) Moving into the Sale

4) Handling Objections

5) Follow Up

6) Closing the Deal

From my experience, "Follow Up" is one of the most important variable and the toughest to overcome.  It requires so much Discipline, Resiliency and Commitment to help / achieve the goal set. 

Take note of the importantance of Follow Up :

1) Seventy percent ( 70% ) of Sales ( that's factoring all marketing related activities / jobs ) happen upon a Follow Up

2) Untimely response for request for information  ( each Client wants to get details soonest, surprisingly, online inquiries get their reply at an average of 7 days upon inquiry )

3) Not delivering and over promising ( this causes disappointment thus risking losing the Client and possible referrals )  

4) Going for the Close ( studies have shown that it takes a minimum of 5 attempts to Close a Deal, patience is Virtue ! )
