Hello Everyone, due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Vaccine's uncertainty on its availability and effectivity, Government protocols that everyone has to go through daily, effect on people’s health, lives, and businesses, Mixed-Use Developments ( residential units, commercial retail spaces, office spaces ) which were actually introduced as early as 2015 in other countries are now much in demand and makes so much sense. 

 

Work from Home ( WFH ) was the immediate option when the Pandemic hit but there are studies that shows that businesses cannot function optimally with that business model such as Call Centers, BPOs, and Online businesses to name a few.  Additional cost incurred to continue business operations did have an effect to the viability of certain businesses ( shuttle services, ppe costs, rapid tests, leasing residential units for employees to bypass lockdown protocols, etc ). In addition, downsizing and cost cutting measures are now being done by quite a huge percentage of companies ( pre-termination and renegotiation of leases is now a standard experience ( we’ve seen buildings that were 90% occupied and is now down to 30%, dormitories in the University Belt that had 85% occupancy rate is as low as 15% due to on line education and the list goes on ), relocation to cheaper areas is one leading option that some are engaging in.  Imagine a safe place to live, work and play, All in one place. I will be soon introducing several options for everyone’s reference.  Some areas that weren’t an option are now an option, take note that we all have to adapt to the new norm !
